Our Story
Management House Africa Limited (CRO 756908) trading as International Management College was founded with a single vision: to create Dublin's first dedicated home for Chartered Managers.
After market research, we identified that Dublin had no centre offering the full CMI Level 6, 7 and 8 pathway to Chartered Manager. We set out to fill that gap.
Following an intensive 18-month approval process with the Chartered Management Institute, we are proud to be approved as Centre Number C100002144 - the first centre in Dublin approved for Levels 6, 7 and 8 and the direct pathway to Chartered Manager status.
Led by a Fellow of the CMI
The College is led by Manfred Mbella, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI). Manfred has been a member of the CMI since 2004, with over 20 years of continuous membership and commitment to the highest standards of management and leadership.
As a Fellow, Manfred holds the highest grade of CMI membership, awarded to only the most experienced and accomplished leaders. This ensures that every learner at the Chartered Manager House is mentored by a Chartered Manager, not just a trainer.
This level of experience is what secured our approval for Level 8 (Doctorate equivalent), a distinction held by very few centres.

Our executive campus is not a college building. It is a luxury Georgian leadership house on Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2 - in the heart of Ireland's business, government and diplomatic district, close to Ibec, Enterprise Ireland and Embassies.
We have created a private members' environment for executive learning: executive boardrooms, a Chartered Manager library, mentoring lounge, and networking spaces. This is why
we are executive-only.

Executive-Only Philosophy
We deliberately work only with practising managers, senior leaders, directors and entrepreneurs. We do not accept school leavers or junior staff. This protects the quality of peer-to-peer learning, your professional network, and the long-term value of your Chartered Manager title.
